ECCIL / NIRPC Webinar Feb. 22, 2006


On February 22, 2006 NIRPC and Everybody Counts hosted an interactive "Web Seminar". Leading the day's activities was NIRPC's Mitch Barloga. City planners from all around Northwest Indiana attended to learn how to make their cities and towns ADA compliant.
